Several enhancements outlined in the session included:
Data model and policy expansion
Data quality framework refresh and enhanced reporting
Expanded portal capabilities
Standard inbound and outbound file exchange capabilities
Symphony General Manager, Jacqui Darcy moderated a panel composed of Data Governance subject matter experts and Mark Martin.Panelists responded to questions on recommended improvements to the platform’s functionality as it relates to enhanced operational efficiency, data quality, and driving client value expansion opportunities. They discussed the importance of real-time access to updates, expanding participation to include ancillary providers such as dental, vision, and behavior health providers, and the importance of the Data Governance Committee’s role in driving alignment across data quality measures.
“I am excited to report that this year’s Symphony session was a huge success and I sincerely appreciate the contributions and participation from the panelists.
