Onpoint Member-Level Detail Is Here -
Gain Access for Your Organization by 7/31!
This is a gentle reminder to update your system administrator for the MY 2019 Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal. Physician organizations (POs) participating in the AMP Commercial HMO & Medi-Cal Managed Care programs will be able to directly access member-level information for their appropriate resource use and total cost of care results.
The administrator will receive further instructions from Onpoint to set up a user account. Administrators will have the ability to create their organizations' credentialed user directory and manage user modifications. This includes but is not limited to the ability to query and filter all associated users, manage and reset credentials as requested, create new users, and remove existing users for their organization.
Please note that Onpoint's Member-Level Detail Portal is completely separate from the IHA Analytics Portal. The administrator and authorized users can be different people for the two portals. No changes will be made to the IHA Analytics Portal users with the information requested in this survey.

Thank you for Participating in the Questions & Appeals Process
Thank you to all of our participants who submitted questions/appeals and to our health plans that supported investigations. Your participation helps us have complete data so we can deliver accurate results for everyone. This year we resolved a total of 91 questions, inquiries, and/ appeals, including one that went through the Appeals Panel on July 7. Speaking of which, a huge thank you to our Appeals Panel for your time and thoughtful resolution to the one escalation.
National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Telehealth Questionnaire for Care Delivery-
Open through July 27
NCQA is requesting input from providers organizations that currently deliver clinical care through telehealth on the use of telehealth for care delivery! Your participation in this questionnaire will help NCQA learn more about telehealth care delivery, processes and capabilities and will help shape future assessment and care frameworks. NCQA will provide three reports to organizations that complete the survey, one immediate report, containing telehealth resources and potential opportunities and additional reports including a market comparison and data about platform functionality. Learn more and submit your responses to the survey by July 27!
