Download and Preview the Preliminary MY 2020 Data File Layouts for Audited Submission to TransUnion
Each year, self-reporting POs and health plans use a standard data file layout to submit audited clinical quality results to TransUnion. Please download the MY 2020 data file layouts, review, and send any feedback to amp@iha.org by January 29, 2021. The data file layouts are available on the AMP Participant Resources page under the “Data Collection and Submission Resources” section.
Final MY 2020 data file layouts will be posted on February 15, 2021.

Health Plan Review Requested by 1/27: MY 2020 Draft AMP Master
The draft MY 2020 AMP Master will be sent to plans on January 20th. Please review the document and confirm the information is correct by January 27th. Once confirmed and finalized, the AMP Master will be sent out to the following vendors: Onpoint Health Data, TransUnion, and NCQA; plans will receive a copy with their respective contracts. Please note that revisions to the final AMP Master will result in additional fees.
MY 2021 Onpoint Data Submission Guide (DSG) is Here!
Health plans can learn all about the Onpoint data submission process, requirements, and specifications in the MY 2021 IHA-Onpoint DSG Introduction and Data Element Schedule & Specifications. These documents will support the MY 2021 quarterly data intake process starting in April, when health plans will be submitting MY 2021 Q1 2021 Eligibility, Medical Claims, and Pharmacy Claim files to Onpoint. You can find these resources under the "Data Collection and Submission Resources" section of the AMP Resources page on the IHA website.

Update on MY 2019 Measures Results
As we previously shared with you, IHA discovered issues that affected some of the measures for the AMP Commercial HMO program. The AMP analytics portal was updated with refreshed results for the affected measures on Friday, Jan. 15. The updated results have been validated with multiple additional layers of review. During our upcoming webinar on Thursday, Jan. 21, we’ll share a comprehensive update on results and the steps we are taking to ensure the most accurate results possible moving forward in addition to program updates for MY 2020.
California Office of Patient Advocate (OPA) Medical Group Commercial Report Card (2020-21 Edition)
The 2020-21 edition of the Medical Group Commercial Report Card is live on the OPA website! IHA and OPA partner together to publicly report AMP Commercial HMO quality results at the individual physician organization level. Check out your organization’s results today!
In the coming weeks, the Medical Group Commercial Report Card will be updated to include total cost of care results and the 2020-21 edition of the Medicare Report Card will be available.
