Review your preliminary quality results!
Provider organizations have three weeks to review their MY 2020 preliminary quality results and check for possible data submission errors. We encourage you to submit questions or appeals early to give IHA and partners enough time to thoroughly investigate your submission. After that, we’ll finalize the results and use them for program accountability (which include incentive payments, public reporting, and/or awards).
Submit your appeals and questions by June 18
After you review your results, submit any questions or appeals using the following process.
- Review the AMP Questions and Appeals Submission Guide.
- Download and complete the AMP Question and Appeals Submission Form.
- Email the completed Questions and Appeals Submission Form(s) to appeals@iha.org.

Remember, all questions and appeals must be submitted by 5:00pm PDT on Friday, June 18, 2021. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’ve reviewed and approved your results.
