Complete the Pre-Participation Confirmation Survey by October 22
During Participation Confirmation (PCON), IHA works closely with health plans and POs to review, confirm, and reconcile contractual relationships to ensure successful AMP data collection, aggregation, and reporting since AMP data is aggregated at the provider organization (PO) level.
To prepare for our annual PCON period starting in November, we need health plans and POs to first complete the Pre-PCON survey beginning on October 9 to identify any high-level contract and organizational changes during Calendar Year 2025 that may impact MY 2025 AMP reporting. Our survey asks about organization name changes, terminations, closures, mergers, acquisitions, splits, and other information related to data management at your organization.
New for POs this year, we will also collect DMHC Risk Bearing Organization (RBO) Number and Contracting Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). All of this information will be reviewed and confirmed in detail during the PCON period. We appreciate your help to ensure a successful AMP Participation Confirmation for your organization.
Please complete the following from October 9-22:
- Ensure your organization’s primary contact has access to the AMP Portal (previously known as the PCON Platform) by October 9th to set up your organization to successfully meet the Pre-PCON survey deadline.
- View your organization’s users on the Contacts tab. If you need to add, edit, or remove the current users, please have your organization’s primary contact complete the User Change Request Form linked in the yellow banner on the Contacts tab.
- If you have issues logging in, please email ampparticipation@iha.org for support.
- Complete the Pre-PCON Survey available under the Organization Profile tab.
- New this year for POs only: we will be collecting DMHC RBO Number and Contracting TIN in the Pre-PCON survey.
