Register now: MY 2025 Preliminary Results Release Webinar
Join us on August 20, 2026, for an overview of the MY 2025 preliminary AMP results for clinical quality, which will be available to participants on August 21, 2026. We’ll dive into performance insights and how to review your results on our online, interactive platform (HEX). We will also cover what to do if you have questions or appeals. If you aren’t able to attend, the session will be recorded and made available on our website.
Note: As part of the transition to becoming IHA’s data aggregator, Cozeva is working to bring all AMP-related operations onshore in the United States. The move onshore will help enhance the efficiency, security, comprehensiveness, and quality of AMP reporting going forward. To support this move, MY 2025 AMP results for cost and utilization will be released alongside MY 2026 AMP results in August 2027. Additional details about the updated MY 2025 results release timeline were shared during a webinar held on May 27. A recording of that session, along with the presentation slides, is available on IHA.org.

Questions and Appeals Period for MY 2025 preliminary results
Your MY 2025 preliminary clinical quality results will be released on August 21 — and the Questions and Appeals Period opens the same day. This is your opportunity to review your results, check for possible errors, and submit any questions or appeals related to results submitted through FinThrive. The Questions and Appeals Period ends on September 16. To give IHA and our partners adequate time to fully investigate each submission, we strongly encourage you to submit as early as possible.
Resources on how to review your AMP data and submit a question or appeal will be available on the IHA website by Friday, August 14. As a reminder, AMP MY 2025 preliminary clinical quality results will be released on IHA’s interactive webtool, HEX. Health Plans – Cozeva Data Quality Report review
As discussed during the May 27th “Building the future of AMP: MY 2025 Updates and the Road Ahead” webinar and discussed in more detail at the June 25th Health Plan Quarterly meeting, IHA and Cozeva are focusing on data quality review throughout the remainder of 2026 to ensure high-quality results during this transition year. In the next few weeks, health plans will receive comprehensive data quality reports for this point in the ingestion process. IHA and Cozeva will work with health plans to identify issues that impact downstream reporting and pinpoint the pathways to resolution.
Below includes the expected dates of when health plans will receive enhanced data quality reports and when issues must be resolved:
Late July – Mid August: Health plans receive data quality reports
Late July through September 15: Health plan data quality report review and data resubmission period
September 15 through Early October: Validation review of resubmissions and corrections as necessary to prepare for data locking on October 15
