AMP Newsletter: September updates and deadlines, questions and appeals period, preliminary release webinar recap, new IHA Performance Comparison report for health plans, and IHA at CAHP Annual Conference
Now is the time to submit any remining questions or appeals for MY 2024 preliminary results. As a reminder, results were released via the Onpoint Performance Reporting Portal (PRP) along with refreshed MY 2023 results on August 15.
Key Dates to Know
This Friday, September 12: Last day to submit appeals for Onpoint pipeline.
September 19: Last day to finalize any documentation related to questions and appeals.
September 23: Appeals hearing.
September 30: Appeals decisions communicated to participants.
November 7: Final MY 2024 results released to participants.
Identify the organization name and AMP PO ID, measure rates in question, and applicable product lines and health plans, and any rationale and documentation to substantiate the claim.
For any Onpoint-generated measures, email the identified information using our Submission Form to appeals@iha.org by this Friday, September 12, 2025, 5 p.m. PDT.

MY 2025 Pre-Participation Confirmation Survey opens in October
IHA’s annual Participation Confirmation (PCON) period begins in November for MY 2025 AMP reporting. To prepare, all participating health plans and provider organizations must complete our Pre-Participation Confirmation Survey in October 2025. This survey informs IHA of any organizational and contracting changes for the 2025 calendar year that may impact Measurement Year (MY) 2025 AMP reporting. Our survey asks about organization name changes, closures, mergers, acquisitions, splits, and other information related to data management at your organization.
