eminder: Questions and Appeals for MY2019 Preliminary Onpoint-Generated Results Due Sept. 9
You can submit questions and/or appeals until September 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. But, we recommend you submit early to allow plenty of time for investigation and follow up.
Who can submit an appeal?
- POs can submit questions or appeals for MY 2019 ARU, TCOC, COB & HDO, SUPD, and ENFMT & ENLAG results.
- POs can also submit questions only about their AMP Commercial ACO and Medi-Cal Managed Care Quality results. Reminder: we're not accepting appeals for these results.
How to submit an appeal or question:
- Review the AMP Questions and Appeals Submission Guide
- Identify the organization name and ID, measure rates in question and applicable product lines and health plans, as well as any rationale and documentation you have to support the claim
- Email the identified information to appeals@iha.org.
Get Member-Level MY 2019 ARU and TCOC Results in the Onpoint Portal
If you're in AMP Commercial HMO, Medicare Advantage, or Medi-Cal Managed Care lines of business, you can get member-level MY 2019 ARU and TCOC results in the Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal.
We highly recommend using this resource as you review your MY 2019 Preliminary Onpoint-Generated Reports during this Questions & Appeals Period. For your reference, first-time login instructions can be found here, and user guides and documentation are available in the Onpoint portal.
