The Participation Confirmation period is now open for MY 2023! Through this process, you’ll be asked to make updates and confirm provider organization and health plan contracts, organizational profiles, and more within the AMP Analytics Portal. Please note the separate end dates for POs and health plans.

Health Plan Participation Confirmation (Nov 9 – Dec 6) IHA gave a Health Plan Participation Confirmation overview during our Technical Data Intake Meeting on October 26, where we reviewed what to expect and walked through all the information needed to successfully complete the process. The AMP MY 2023 Audit Manual is now available on IHA.org. IHA follows NCQA’s HEDIS Compliance Audit Standards. Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors use these standards to assess a health plan’s or a provider organization’s ability to report AMP data accurately and reliably. The manual outlines process changes and provides an updated audit timeline for MY 2023.
IHA’s Encounter Data Resource Hub is a publicly accessible repository ofpromising practices, helpful tools, and expert-informed guidance to improve encounter data throughputs across California. Recent highlights include:

Each year, IHA recognizes top-performing provider organizations in performance improvement, clinical quality, patient experience, and cost. A full list of this year’s Commercial HMO award winners will be published on IHA.org on November 16.
Responses to public comments and final MY 2024 Measure Set
Thank you to our stakeholders who submitted comments during IHA’s 2023 Public Comment Period. Your feedback is crucial to finalizing the MY 2024 AMP Measure Set and shaping the direction of AMP in MY 2024 and beyond. IHA staff and committees are currently in the process of reviewing all comments.
A full list of comments and IHA committee-approved responses will be published on IHA.org on December 15 along with the Final MY 2024 AMP Measure Set.
