Health Plan Participation Confirmation (Nov 9 – Dec 14):
Last week, we held a Health Plan Participation Confirmation Deep-Dive during our AMP Data Intake Technical Meeting. During the Deep-Dive, we walked through all the information needed to successfully complete the process.
The 2021 Voice of the Client Questionnaire for health plans and provider organizations is open until November 14. This is a great opportunity to share any feedback about your MY 2020 AMP Program experience. As an extra incentive, participants who complete the questionnaire will be eligible to win one of several $15 Amazon gift cards.

Update your AMP Analytics Portal contacts today!
Keeping your organization’s contacts up-to-date on the AMP Analytics Portal ensures your team receives AMP results, AMP program updates, and additional program communications. New users must be added as a contact for your organization to have access to any information on the AMP Analytics Portal.
Your organization’s primary contact is responsible for managing portal access, including updating contacts on behalf of your organization. If you are the primary contact at your organization, follow these easy steps to update your portal contacts today.
To add contacts:
Go to "Contacts," and click the "Add Contacts" button
Search for the contact you want to add by typing in their email address using all lowercase letters Note: The contact you are trying to add must already have an account. Staff can create a new account using this online form. Be sure they click on the activation email to complete account setup so you can add them as a contact.
Click "Add"
To remove contacts:
Find the contact that you want to remove
Click on the red “x” to the right of the contact’s email address
To change a primary contact:
There can only be one primary contact per organization. As the current primary contact, only you can designate someone else as the new primary contact. To make the change:
Identify the contact you want to designate as the primary contact
Click on the yellow star to the right of the contact’s email address

In addition, health plans received our HP Plug & Plays via email, and provider organizations can access the PO worksheets in the AMP Analytics Portal as a new feature under “Reports.”
Please note: PO Worksheets are a modeling tool only, as health plans may make minor adjustments to the recommended design when determining their incentive payments.
Now available: MY 2021 Audit Design Manual
The AMP MY 2021 Audit Manual is now available on iha.org! IHA follows NCQA’s HEDIS Compliance Audit Standards. Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors use these standards to assess a health plan’s ability to report HEDIS data accurately and reliably. The MY 2021 Audit Manual outlines audit process changes and provides an updated audit timeline for MY 2021.
