IHA is aware of the CMS and NCQA submission extensions due to the disruption to quality reporting efforts caused by the Change Healthcare cyberattack. At this time, IHA will not extend the FinThrive submission deadline of 5/3/2024. However, we recognize the widespread impacts the cyberattack may have caused your organization. If your organization has concerns about meeting the May 3rd deadline, please contact amp@iha.org.

MY 2024 Data Submission Guide 8.1 for health plans coming May 15

We are updating the current MY 2024 Data Submission Guide (DSG) 8.0 to ensure data submission to Onpoint is aligned with national level data requirements for standardization. The DSG 8.1 will be available on IHA.org on May 15. Please see a high-level summary of the expected changes below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your AMP Client Success Manager and/or amp@iha.org.

Expected changes for DSG 8.1:

  • Value Set updates from NCQA to capture all detail associated with relevant value sets for all field types (impacts the Supplemental Data file)
  • Threshold updates to align with CDL
  • Add Risk Type value - Primary Care Capitation (impacts ME207 and MI008)
  • Add Primary Care Capitation field to Cost file (TC024A) and adjustments to other fields to incorporate calculation of Primary Care Capitation

Note: The anticipated MY 2024 DSG changes only impact MY 2024 data submission starting with Q2 2024 data submission to Onpoint due 7/31/24 and beyond. Therefore, please continue to use MY 2023 DSG 7.2 for the upcoming 2023 Annual Cost File submissions.
