This includes all file types—eligibility, medical claims, pharmacy claims, supplemental, cost, and member identifier—for the period 1/1/2021 through 12/31/2025.    To help ensure everything is processed on time, we encourage you to submit your files as early as possible. Early submission gives Cozeva time to review your files, flag any issues, and work with you to finalize everything before the deadline.  Please note:  The MY 2025 Member Identifier file is due April 30, 2026. The MY 2025 Cost file is due May 12, 2026.  If you expect any timing challenges, please reach out to your health plan client success manager and Cozeva right away so we can help keep things on track.  Starting March 16: Submit test files to FinThrive Healthcare All health plans and self-reporting POs need to submit test versions of their MY 2025 AMP results to FinThrive Healthcare, Inc. during the March 16 - April 20 testing period via sFTP. FinThrive Healthcare, Inc. must approve your test files during this time before you can submit your final AMP results. Please upload your .CSV file to your assigned FinThrive sFTP account in the Upload folder. If you require sFTP credentials, contact FinThrive at AMP@finthrive.com. Once processed, the output will be available in your sFTP Download folder.    All final data file layouts (DFLs) are available on the AMP Data Collection, Submission, and Audit Resources page on the IHA website. Follow the updated instructions in the appropriate MY 2025 DFL. Please also review additional clarifications to the updated DFL submission instructions in the February AMP FAQs.     The detailed MY 2025 data submission timeline is available in the AMP Program Guide.   in other news AMP Medicare Advantage Awards winners announced IHA’s AMP Medicare Advantage program mirrors the measures and methodologies that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) uses for its Star Ratings system, determining provider stars against the same national cut points that CMS uses to evaluate health plans. Annual AMP Medicare Advantage recognitions provide tangible evidence of select provider organizations’ hard work and stand-out performance in the national landscape.    In MY 2024:   2 POs earned an overall 5-star rating  23 POs earned an overall 4.5-star rating  29 POs improved their overall star rating by at least ½ a star from MY 2023 to MY 2024 – an 80% increase in POs achieving this level of improvement as compared with last year  Check out our website to view the full list of winners and recognition methodology. Along with our partners at NCQA, we invite AMP participants to comment on new measures and changes to existing measures for HEDIS® MY 2027. Visit NCQA.org to submit comments. IHA CEO Jeff Rideout, along with other IHA leaders, will attend the March 25, 2026 “Strengthening Data Infrastructure in California” Seminar in Burbank, hosted by the California Association of Health Plans.    Jeff will speak in the session “Using Data to Tell the Story and Demonstrate Value” alongside Anthony Flores, VP of Data Analytics & Reporting at Health Net, and Timi Leslie, President of BluePath Health.    In his presentation, Jeff will showcase how AMP transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights—highlighting new opportunities to address regional cost and quality performance challenges using IHA data.    We look forward to connecting with colleagues and partners at this important statewide event!    in the pipeline Coming soon: Audited quality data submission deadlines   Once your test files have been approved by FinThrive Healthcare, Inc., please turn your attention to the following milestones:    April 13-20: Review your submissions  Self-reporting POs: Review your submissions carefully before sending. Make sure you’ve included all the measures you’ve chosen to report and double-check your data for accuracy.    Note: IHA will not accept requests for corrections to a PO’s self-reported data during the appeals process. Please review your organization’s submission of self-reported results to ensure it is complete and correct before sending it to your auditor and to FinThrive Healthcare, Inc.    April 20: Send data to your auditor  Health plans and self-reporting POs: Send your data files to auditors for review before final submission to FinThrive Healthcare, Inc.     May 1: Submit your data to FinThrive Healthcare Inc.  Submit your final auditor-locked file to FinThrive Healthcare, Inc. via sFTP. Upload your .CSV file to your assigned FinThrive sFTP account in the Upload folder. If you require sFTP credentials, contact AMP@finthrive.com. Once your .CSV file is received and processed, you will receive an output file in the sFTP Download folder from FinThrive that includes: (a) the date and time your file was processed and (b) the trailer record included in your file. Receipt of an output file with a date and time stamp indicates that your file has been processed. You must open the output file to understand whether your file has passed or failed.   A couple of reminders to ensure the successful submission of your final auditor-locked file to FinThrive:  Correct file naming convention Your final auditor-locked file must follow specific naming logic: FAMP2026UNIQUEID.CSV Final audited files MUST be in passing status and LOCKED by May 1, 2026, 5 pm PDT.  If your file does not pass before 5 PM PDT, FinThrive cannot accept your file, and your organization's results will not be included in AMP.  Once you receive a successful email confirmation for your FINAL AUDITED file, you CANNOT send another file to FinThrive.  Reminder: 2026 PO Fees Thank you for your continued participation in AMP. On Friday, February 27, IHA sent an email from ampparticipation@iha.org to confirm your organization's primary and billing contacts. Responses were due by March 6. If you haven't replied yet, please do so as soon as possible. Your participation in AMP allows provider organizations continued access to reliable performance results and benchmarking to improve performance on the measures the industry agrees matter most.    Invoices will be sent from accounting@iha.org to your confirmed contacts on Monday, March 16, with payment due April 13.   Questions?
