Each year, self-reporting provider organizations (POs) and health plans use a standard data file layout to submit audited quality results to TransUnion.
Please review the Preliminary MY 2021 data file layouts — available now for download on IHA.org — and send any feedback to amp@iha.org by January 31, 2022. We will post Final MY 2021 data file layouts on February 14, 2022.

MY 2022 Onpoint Data Submission Guide (DSG) is here!
Health plans can learn about the Onpoint data submission process, requirements, and specifications in the MY 2022 Onpoint Data Submission Guide and Data Element Schedule & Specifications. These documents support the MY 2022 data intake process, which starts in April when health plans will be submitting MY 2022 Q1 Eligibility, Medical and Pharmacy Claims, and Cost and Lab files to Onpoint. Health plans can get a head start by downloading these resources on IHA.org under Participant Resources.

California Office of Patient Advocate (OPA) Medical Group Commercial Report Card (2020–21 Edition)
The 2020–21 edition of the Medical Group Commercial Report Card is live on the OPA website! IHA and OPA partner together to publicly report AMP Commercial HMO quality results at the PO level, helping consumers make more informed decisions when choosing a medical group. Check out your organization’s results today!
In spring, we will partner with OPA to update the Medical Group Commercial Report Card with total cost of care results and to release the 2020–21 edition of the Medicare Report Card.

MY 2020 AMP Medicare Advantage Awards
Our AMP Medicare Advantage program uses standard measurement to promote healthcare quality in Medicare Advantage, providing participating POs with aggregated performance data to understand how they’re performing compared to the market and their peers.
We are excited to recognize our high performing and most improved POs in the coming weeks! We will announce our awards winners on February 1 and publish the winner list here on IHA.org.
MY 2021 Final AMP Master available soon
IHA is currently finalizing the MY 2021 AMP Master, which identifies health plan and PO contracting relationships, in preparation for MY 2021 data reporting.
We will send the MY 2021 AMP Master to all AMP data partners on February 1. Health plans will also receive a copy of the MY 2021 AMP Master indicating their respective contracts. Though we do not send POs a copy of the AMP Master, we provide contracting relationships to POs through the “Contracts” tab on the AMP Analytics Portal.
