Update Your Contacts Today!
Is your organization’s contact information up-to-date with IHA? Users who previously had an AMP Analytics Portal account but have not created a PCON platform account will be removed from our AMP contacts list in the coming months. New users must be added as a contact for your organization to have access to any information on the PCON platform or receive the monthly AMP newsletters and other program updates and communications.
Your organization’s primary contact is responsible for managing access including updating contacts on behalf of your organization. If you are the primary contact at your organization, please review the contacts listed in the PCON platform. To add, edit, or remove contacts, please fill out the Contacts Change Request Form.

MY 2024 Participation Confirmation (PCON)
Reconciliation Period (Dec 18, 2024 – Jan 14, 2025)
Thank you all for updating your organization profiles and contracting relationships on the new PCON platform! The next step for Participation Confirmation is to complete Reconciliation. During this process, IHA will share the draft AMP Contracts Roster (formerly the AMP Master) for review (available to health plans only) and work with health plans and provider organizations to resolve any contracting discrepancies identified from your responses on the PCON platform.
Participants will have from Wednesday, December 18, 2024, to Tuesday, January 14, 2025, to complete Reconciliation. For questions about the Participation Confirmation Process, please reach out to ampparticipation@iha.org.

MY 2024 Audited Submission Data File Layouts
Each year, we release a set of standard data file layouts for self-reporting provider organizations and health plans to submit audited quality results to FinThrive for use in the AMP Programs. You will be notified once the preliminary data file layouts for MY 2024 AMP reporting are released on Monday, January 13, 2025.
