Actions required: MY 2023 AMP Value Set Directory and CHL re-certification
On Thursday, November 30, the MY 2023 AMP Value Set Directory (VSD) was re-released to address missing LOINC codes identified in the Chlamydia Tests Value Set. Because of this, participants will need to be re-certified, at no cost, for the MY 2023 CHL measure.
Please re-download the MY 2023 AMP Product Bundle and complete the re-certification processby January 15, 2024. To get started, access the updated MY 2023 AMP VSD from the My Downloads section of My NCQA.
The Final MY 2023 AMP Program Guide is now available for download on IHA.org and includes up-to-date MY 2023 data submission and reporting timelines, a list of health plans participating in AMP, and other key programmatic information to support your organization’s participation in AMP for MY 2023.

MY 2023 Participation Confirmation
Reconciliation Period (Dec 18, 2023 – Jan 12, 2024)
Thank you all for updating your organization profiles and contracting relationships on the AMP Analytics Portal! The next step for Participation Confirmation is to complete Reconciliation. During this process, IHA will share the draft AMP Master for review (available to health plans only) and work with Health Plans and Provider Organizations to resolve any contracting discrepancies identified from your responses in the AMP Analytics Portal.
Participants will have from December 18, 2023 to January 12, 2024 to complete Reconciliation. If you have any questions about the Participation Confirmation Process, please reach out to ampparticipation@iha.org.

Technical assistance for Encounter Data
Interested in optimizing your encounter data at the practice-level?
We’re offering technical assistance through our training partner at no cost to POs or participating practices as part of our encounter data improvement program, funded by a grant from Health Net. The technical assistance schedule can be customized based on your availability in 2024.
POs participating in AMP know firsthand how improved encounter data quality can lead to a more accurate risk score, improved incentive and cost-sharing payouts, and fewer data submission problems. Please email encounterdata@iha.org by January 31 to learn more about receiving technical assistance in 2024.

MY 2023 Audited Submission Data File Layouts
Each year, we release a set of standard data file layouts for self-reporting POs and health plans to submit audited quality results to FinThrive for use in the AMP Programs. You will be notified once the preliminary data file layouts for MY 2023 AMP reporting are released on January 16, 2024.
