Commercial HMO Health Care Quality Report Cards
The Preview Period for the OPA 2021-22 Edition Health Care Quality Report Cards is open now until Friday, December 17, at 5 pm. Visit the OPA Stakeholder page to access your organization’s Commercial HMO report card, preview new star ratings for MY 2020, and review your organization’s profile page for accuracy. Email any profile updates, questions, or comments to opareportcard@ncqa.org.
Please note that the Medical Group Report Card for Medicare Advantage Members will be released in Spring 2022 and will have its own Preview Period.

Each year, we release a set of standard data file layouts for self-reporting POs and health plans to submit audited quality results to TransUnion Healthcare for use in the AMP programs. You will be notified once the preliminary data file layouts for MY 2021 AMP reporting are released on January 17, 2022.
