Coming soon: Preliminary MY 2025 Performance Results
On August 20, the Preliminary MY 2025 AMP Performance Results will be available for all AMP participants. These preliminary results include clinical quality results submitted through FinThrive and will be accessible through the same location where you access your AMP Pulse reports. This interactive, visual report will include self- reported, plan-specific, and aggregated rates, clear year-over-year changes, and comparison to national benchmarks.
AMP participants will receive an email from notify@mail.hex.techwhen the results are ready. Results can also be accessed through the IHA website. To view results, users will need to login using their work email address.

Questions and Appeals Period for Preliminary MY 2025 Performance Results
The AMP MY 2025 Questions and Appeals Period opens on August 20. This is your opportunity to review your results, check for possible errors, and submit any questions or appeals related to results submitted through FinThrive. The Questions and Appeals Period ends on September 16. To give IHA and our partners adequate time to fully investigate each submission, we strongly encourage you to submit as early as possible.
Resources on how to review your AMP data and submit a question or appeal will be available on the IHA website by this Friday, August 14.
Identify the provider organization name and AMP PO ID, measure rates in question and applicable product lines and health plans, and any rationale and documentation to substantiate the claim. Do not submit any PHI.
Email the identified information using our Submission Form to appeals@iha.org by Wednesday, September 16, 5 p.m. PT. Use the following as the subject line:
Subject: Question (or Appeal) - Your Organization Name (AMP PO ID, if applicable) - Short Description of Issue

August 20 – September 16: Questions and Appeals submission period for FinThrive pipeline
September 23: Health plans must generate results for their auditor to review for any necessary FinThrive resubmissions
September 30: FinThrive must receive auditor-locked resubmissions due to the Questions and Appeals Period, and these files must be in validation pass
September 30: Last day to finalize any communications and documentation related to Questions and Appeals
October 2: Appeals hearing
October 9: Appeals decisions communicated to participants
November 16: Final MY 2025 Performance Results released to participants

Since the release of the Final AMP MY 2025 Program Guide on December 15, 2025, several AMP program deadlines and milestone dates have been updated to support the transition to Cozeva, including Cozeva's efforts to bring all AMP-related operations onshore in the United States. To provide a centralized source for the most current information, beyond updates shared through webinars and other program communications, IHA has updated the AMP Technical FAQ with the latest MY 2025 timelines.
Health plans should refer to the AMP Technical FAQ for the most up-to-date dates and deadlines related to MY 2025 AMP Performance Results release, Questions & Appeals, and upcoming data submissions to Cozeva. The timelines published in the FAQ supersede those included in the AMP MY 2025 Program Guide.
Health Plans: Cozeva Data Quality Report review
As previously communicated during the July 30 AMP Technical Data Intake meeting and the June 25 Health Plan Quarterly meeting, IHA and Cozeva are focusing on data quality review throughout the remainder of 2026 to ensure high-quality results during this transition year. Enhanced Data Quality Reports are being distributed to health plans via email based on data submitted to-date across all file types. IHA and Cozeva will highlight key data quality findings to help guide your review and investigation efforts. We will partner with you to address identified issues and complete any necessary corrections or resubmissions.
Below are the expected dates for when health plans will receive Enhanced Data Quality Reports and when issues must be resolved:
Late July – September 15: Enhanced Data Quality Report review period for all file types.
September 15: Enhanced Data Quality Report resubmission deadline.
September 15 – October 15: Validate Enhanced Data Quality Report resubmissions and complete any necessary corrections to prepare for data lock on October 15.

NCQA’s ad hoc HEDIS® Public Comment Period ends August 17
NCQA is currently seeking feedback about the proposed retirement of select HEDIS® measures in Measurement Year (MY) 2027. These proposed changes are intended to strengthen the HEDIS portfolio by identifying measures that may no longer provide strong signals for quality improvement, benchmarking, or accountability relative to the burden of continued reporting and maintenance. Health Plans: MY 2027 Data Submission Guide 11.0 release
The final MY 2027 Data Submission Guide (DSG) 11.0 will be published on the IHA website on August 31, 2026 on the AMP Core Data Collection, Submission, and Audit Resources page. The DSG outlines the MY 2027 AMP reporting requirements and submission specifications for data submitted to Cozeva.
The final version incorporates feedback received during the health plan review period, along with changes approved by the Program Governance Committee. Health plans should review DSG 11.0 and begin planning for implementation of any updated requirements.
The first data submission using DSG 11.0 will be due to Cozeva on February 28, 2027.
