We are excited to announce that final MY 2023 AMP results for all measure domains and programs (AMP Commercial HMO, Medicare Advantage, and Medi-Cal Managed Care) are now available on the Onpoint Performance Reporting Portal (PRP)! Through our release, we had a total of 35 questions, inquiries and appeals submitted by 8 entities representing 25 provider organizations. Your hard work and dedication make it possible for us to release timely and more accurate results across the program.
You may notice that some results have changed between the preliminary and final releases. Since many Onpoint-generated results are risk-adjusted to the AMP measured population, any resubmissions and recalculations can cause all results to change slightly.
In addition, IHA has added a new feature on the PRP called the Release Notes. The Release Notes is intended to share the list of updates for each refresh on the PRP moving forward. It can be accessed on the left panel of the PRP.
Now open: MY 2024 Participation Confirmation Period
The Participation Confirmation (PCON) period is now open for MY 2024! This process will allow you to update and confirm provider organization (PO) and health plan contracts, organizational profiles, and more within the new PCON platform. Please note the separate end dates for POs and health plans.

Health Plan Participation Confirmation (Nov 6–Dec 4)
On October 31, IHA gave a Health Plan Participation Confirmation overview during the Technical Data Intake Meeting. IHA reviewed what to expect and walked through all the information needed to complete the process successfully. To access the presentation and slides, contact your client success manager.
The AMP MY 2024 Audit Manual is now available on IHA.org. IHA follows NCQA’s HEDIS Compliance Audit Standards. Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors use these standards to assess a health plan’s or a PO’s ability to report AMP data accurately and reliably. The MY 2024 Audit Manual outlines audit process changes and provides an updated audit timeline for MY 2024.

MY 2024 program fee invoices
As indicated in the email sent to all provider organizations (POs) on October 23, IHA will begin invoicing POs for AMP program fees. In mid-November, POs will receive an email invoice for MY 2024 from accounting@iha.org. The IHA Board approved a modest fee—$3,000 per PO for MY 2024—to address an expected financial gap from two grants ending. Commercial health plans also have adjusted fees, and we continue to pursue new opportunities for funding through providing reporting to purchasers and other organizations. IHA recognizes top-performing provider organizations yearly in performance improvement, clinical quality, patient experience, and cost. Award winners will be notified on November 21 and publicly announced on December 5. A full list of this year’s Commercial HMO award winners will be published on IHA.orgat that time.

Thank you to our stakeholders who submitted comments during IHA’s 2024 Public Comment Period. IHA staff and committees are currently in the process of reviewing all comments. A full list of comments and IHA committee-approved responses will be published on IHA.org on December 15 along with the Final MY 2025 AMP Measure Set.
Final MY 2025 Data Submission Guide (DSG) 9.0
Thank you to our health plan participants for reviewing and providing your valuable feedback for the draft MY 2025 DSG 9.0. IHA is currently in the process of reviewing all feedback as we finalize the MY 2025 DSG 9.0. We plan to release the final MY 2025 DSG 9.0 by November 15 on the IHA website.
