IHA participants, Stakeholders, and others involved with industry standardization initiatives came together during our annual conference to hear from leaders at IHA and across the industry. This year’s event featured sessions on IHA's Strategic Plan, the Symphony Provider Directory, and Performance Measurement.

Jeff Rideout opens the 2022 conference with an overview of how IHA is meeting the needs of our members and the public in today’s rapidly changing environment. He briefs our audience on new and expanded requirements for the healthcare industry in California and beyond, and explores the next evolution of IHA’s powerful data infrastructure as well as our ongoing commitment to advance high-value healthcare in California through our Symphony Provider Directory and our Performance Measurement programs.
During this session, hear how IHA and its technology partner, Availity, are partnering to build an improved Symphony Provider Directory platform. The goal of the collaboration is to work toward a more efficient, scalable, and intuitive platform. Our Symphony General Manager, Jacqui Darcy, facilitates a panel discussion on Symphony’s roadmap and provides an overview of the current platform’s functionality.
