Performance during COVID-19: measuring what matters

During this session, we'll look at performance measurement during the first year of COVID and measuring what matters. We'll discuss measurement year (MY) 2020 program design and changes made to address the systemwide challenges from COVID. Then, we'll go through MY 2020 results and highlight key takeaways and interesting new insights. Finally, we'll hear from two high-performing provider organization representatives who'll share how they were able to maintain high quality during the pandemic.
