IHA participants, Stakeholders, and others involved with industry standardization initiatives came together during our annual conference to hear from leaders at IHA and across the industry. This year’s event featured sessions on health equity, the Symphony Provider Directory, and Performance Measurement.

Jeff Rideout opens the 2021 conference with exciting updates about the Encounter Data Governance Entity (EDGE) and All-Payer Claims Database (HPD), before going over the agenda for the conference.
During this session, you'll hear about our newly formed Health Equity Committee, the industrywide challenges surrounding race and ethnicity data, and different approaches to improving race and ethnicity data to impact health equity initiatives across the industry. We'll also look beyond healthcare in addressing health equity through our Q&A panel with leaders from Contra Costa Health Services.

Finally, we'll hear from two high-performing provider organization representatives who'll share how they were able to maintain high quality during the pandemic.
